Orders, with the exception of those taken at the trade shows to be sent via the web site or by/post/fax/email and where appropriate have a PO number. Once an order confirmation has been sent this is deemed to be a binding contract. Overseas by pro-forma/ LC payment

Claims for goods received damaged or incomplete should be notified within 5 working days of receipt.
Faulty goods if deemed necessary, will be collected by the carrier please call to arrange a collection. Please pack well to avoid further damage in transit.
Mail order and export terms on application
Indentations, colour variations and pit marks should be viewed as part of the charm of a hand made product not a fault.
We wherever possible, visit all places of work both here and overseas. We do our best to insure unacceptable practices do not occur during the production of our designs. The shell has been approved by CITES for export and the wood is recycled or from a sustainable source.
